# Techsperience > Techsperience is a managed-IT firm for private-practice law firms across London and the Home Counties. We were founded in 1999, we work with firms of 20 to 150 staff, and we sell the strategic planning that comes after the helpdesk. Techsperience offers a single managed-IT package called Techsperience ONE, priced per user per month between £100 and £150 (excluding VAT). It has four layers: daily IT operations (helpdesk, Microsoft 365 management, device management, Windows update management, software control, email security, anti-malware, 24×7 Security Operations Centre); a continuous Technology Alignment review against more than 150 standards; quarterly vCIO sessions at the partners' table; and delivery of the projects that come out of the roadmap. The first three are included in the monthly fee. Project delivery is available to any firm Techsperience supports and is quoted and billed per project. Cyber Essentials certification is included at no additional cost.
