Who we are

This website is run by Techsperience Limited (Company No. 03741699, registered in England and Wales), of The Old Truman Brewery, 91 Brick Lane, London E1 6QL. What we collect, and why

We only collect what we need to run the site and respond to you:

• When you contact us — through the contact form or by email, we receive the details you send (typically your name, firm, email, phone and message). We use them only to reply and, if it goes further, to discuss working together. Lawful basis: legitimate interest and, where relevant, steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
• When you use the IT Health Check — your answers and the email address you give are used to generate and send your result. Lawful basis: consent and our legitimate interest in following up.
• Analytics — if you accept analytics cookies, we collect anonymised usage data (pages viewed, rough location, device type) through Google Analytics 4, and usage patterns (how pages are scrolled and interacted with) through Microsoft Clarity, so we can understand how the site is used and improve it. Lawful basis: consent.

We do not buy in marketing lists, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

Cookies

This site sets no non-essential cookies until you accept them. When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or reject analytics cookies. We useGoogle Consent Mode, so Google Analytics will not write any cookies or collect identifiable data unless you have accepted. Your choice is remembered in your browser so you are not asked again. You can change your mind at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer — rejecting removes any analytics cookies already set.

• Essential — a small record of your cookie choice, stored in your browser. No tracking; required for the banner to work.
• Analytics (optional) — Google Analytics 4 cookies (_ga and similar), set only after you accept. They help us measure traffic and usage. Google acts as our data processor; seeGoogle's privacy policy.
• Usage analysis (optional) — Microsoft Clarity cookies (_clck, _clsk), set only after you accept. Clarity records how pages are used — scrolling, clicks and navigation — with typed text masked, so we can see where the site is confusing and fix it. Microsoft acts as our data processor; seeMicrosoft's privacy statement.

Change your cookie choice

You can change your mind at any time. This clears your stored preference and shows the consent banner again so you can accept or reject.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the site and our email — for example Google and Microsoft (analytics) and our email relay. They process data on our behalf under contract and only as instructed. We may disclose data where the law requires it. We do not transfer your data outside the UK/EEA except through providers that maintain appropriate safeguards.

Enquiries, completed self-assessments and requests for downloadable templates are also recorded in our own customer relationship management system, which we build and host ourselves. That record includes what you sent us — your contact details, your firm, and your answers where you completed an assessment — so we can respond and keep track of the conversation. It is not a third-party service and your details are not sold or shared for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and Health Check correspondence is kept only as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then deleted. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings (no longer than 14 months).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email info@techsperience.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) atico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top. For material changes affecting cookies, we will ask for your consent again.
